Former homeless Veteran offers

For 40 years, homeless Veteran Michael Kelly struggled with drug abuse. He lost his home, his job, his family and friends and went through three marriages. Two years ago, he found the Chemical Dependency Outpatient Program at the Alexandria VAMC and his life was changed. Full Story
